I try to get out on the bike 3 times a week…and the k’s depend on what I am training for…I generally cycle all year round and actually don’t mind the winter as it is relatively mild here in Perth and less bike traffic around.

Being on the bike ensures that “I am in the moment”….I need to focus on my form and concentrate on the road ahead….this gives my head space from all the other noise that goes on….the other benefit of course is gaining fitness and wellbeing. I came into cycling late .. through triathlons which I really enjoyed however I now would like to concentrate on improving my bike skills and capabilities.
