Registering is easy. Click HERE, select your ride and complete registration.
24 - 27 February 2022
You will be riding over 650kms during the 4 days – with the longest day being the ~175km ride on our return home to Cottlesloe. There will be numerous stops along the way, to rest and refuel.
Accommodation varies between routes, but you’ll have a bed, a hot shower, a great feed and a chance to socialize with the team and local community representatives!
Absolutely! Each route is fully supported by our Support Crew – this includes a medic, bike mechanic, massage therapists, and a Ride Coordinator. There will be a minimum of four support vehicles traveling with the group – everything you need to ensure your safety.
Participants pay a registration fee of $1,400. This covers your training, insurance, riding uniform as well as meals, accommodation and equipment for Ride Week. (There are alternative ride options available – please see further information under ‘Ride’).
- Full on-road support;
- 4 night’s accommodation, meals and food on the ride;
- Pre event training;
- 2 x premium Italian made cycling kits and socks;
- 2 x polo shirts and 1 x jacket;
- Daily post ride massage service; and
- The opportunity to make lifelong friends and create cherished memories.
The main objective of the ride is to raise awareness and fundraise for much needed funds to support Solaris Cancer Care. Each rider is required to raise a minimum of $3000 for the 4 Day Ride. Pro rata amounts apply for the alternative ride options.
In 2022, the Red Sky Ride will be celebrating its 15th birthday.
Yes! All riders are required to attend a minimum of 2 training rides per month. Regular attendance is encouraged to build fitness and develop a supportive team.
There is. A formal training ride will be held each Saturday morning for registered riders, commencing in November 2021. Additional training will be available, the ride leaders will tailor this to the group/individual.
This Ride is made for you, each year we have riders new to cycling who through the coaching and training program achieve the Extraordinary.
Our team are happy to help you select a bike and appropriate clothing, lots of knowledge is available to you “Just Ask”.
Certainly! There are plenty resources available, and people with fundraising experience involved in the ride that are happy to share their ideas and help with your planning.
